“I just wanted to say a big thank you to Nicola and Chloe. I came in today at 1pm with a cracked tooth and they were brilliant with me. I am very anxious of the dentist (to the extent that I have had to be sedated for fillings etc), but Nicola explained what she was going to do and Chloe gave me re-assurance all the way, even when I started to panic they calmed me down.
