Would I Benefit From Facial Aesthetic Treatments?

What Types of Facial Aesthetic Treatment Do You Offer?
At The Essex Smile Centre we provide two main types of facial aesthetics in the form of dermal fillers and wrinkle reduction.
Anti-wrinkle injections, more commonly referred to as ‘Botox’ are extremely popular for the prevention and treatment of fine lines and wrinkles.
Wrinkle reduction works by targeting the muscles responsible for the wrinkle-inducing movements. These are injected with an anti-wrinkle formula which halts the contracting and relaxing activity that can cause the ‘creasing’ effect. The results are smoother, younger looking skin and noticeably improved or enhanced features.
Anti-winkle injections are a very effective treatment for both men and women. Some of the areas they can help include;
- Crows feet (around the outer eyes)
- Forehead lines
- Between the eyes
- Boost eyebrows
- Around the mouth
- Lip augmentation (to address high, gummy smiles)
Dermal fillers can be used to help rejuvenate skin and give it a fresh, more youthful appearance.
The following issues can be treated with dermal fillers:
- Loss of volume in the cheeks
- Lines around the mouth (smokers’ lines)
- Minor nose deformities such as nasal humps
- Deep nose to mouth lines
- A receding chin
- Thin lips
The filler material is injected into the target areas that need to be ‘plumped up’ or filled.
