PATIENT UPDATE: Covid-19

Following Monday’s announcement of tighter government restrictions, we wish to inform all patients that we remain open for business during lockdown.

During this period, the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff remains of the utmost importance to us. That’s why we are continuing to ensure our working procedures go above and beyond the current national guidelines for dental practices.

We’re still offering a full range of services at this time with a few exceptions, such as tooth whitening treatments, and our receptionists will be calling you to rearrange your appointment if you are affected by this. Meanwhile, continue to arrange your check-ups and hygiene appointments as normal.

Please note we are recommending that any patients who are vulnerable or shielding re-schedule for later this year, but please rest assured that if you do need to see us in an emergency, we will look after you.

Our NHS appointment book is closed except for children whose appointments we will continue to book in the usual way.

We thank you in advance for your support and patience when attending the practice. For example, you may be asked to wait outside if reception is congested, or your dentist may be running slightly late due to the requirements of PPE.
