Our dental experts will take a 3D scan of your teeth which will allow us to assess the current situation on and the extent of the corrections needed. We will then use this scan to design your bespoke Invisalign treatment plan. During this process, we will show you a computer-generated preview of your new smile and inform you of the estimated time it will take to achieve the desired results.
After you have completed your treatment we will provide you with a free set of retainers that you use only at night when you sleep to keep your beautiful smile in place.
My mum found some leaflets on teeth grinding/clenching at our dentist and gave them to me to read. I then made an appointment to see Stephen at the dentist and he suggested an NTI splint to me he explained it was small piece of plastic which would cover my bottom 4 teeth. This would then stop my back teeth meeting therefore I would no longer grind/clench. I decided to go for it and within a week of wearing it noticed an improvement.

A 3D scan of your mouth enables us to produce a video simulation that shows exactly how your teeth will realign. If you want to proceed, a series of discreet, clear aligners can then be tailor made to gradually move your teeth into the desired position.

So convenient – Invisalign braces are removable for easy cleaning and eating.
An open bite is classified when the top and bottom teeth do not touch each other when the mouth is fully closed resulting in a clear gap between them.
A deep bite or overbite occurs when the upper front teeth come down too far over the bottom front teeth when the jaw is closed.
Also known as diastema, gapped teeth are when there is a clear, distinct gap seen between the teeth.
Crowded teeth occur when there is not enough space in the jaw for the teeth to fit normally. This can result in crooked teeth that overlap each other.
An underbite is when your lower teeth extend over your upper teeth.
A crossbite occurs when your teeth do not align properly when the jaw is closed.
Invisalign is a revolution in orthodontic dentistry. This system is virtually invisible, removable, has no age limit and corrects the alignment of the teeth without needing conventional fixed brackets – “train tracks”.
A range of clear aligners are computer generated to gradually move your teeth into their desired position. These aligners are worn 24 hours a day, except for eating and brushing, and are changed every two weeks.

Invisalign is a set of clear, removable aligners that are custom-made to move your teeth in a sequence determined by your dentist.
These clear retainer style braces allow you to go about your everyday life without feeling self-conscious and can be taken out quickly and discretely at any time to eat or clean. Made from a clear plastic-like material these effective, yet subtle, aligners are a great way to attain the smile you desire without the need for metal braces, wires or train tracks.
Here are some of the benefits from choosing Invisalign over metal braces;
• Invisalign aligners are convenient and can be removed in seconds.
• No difficulty eating.
• Practically invisible unlike conventional braces.
• No issues with food getting caught in tracks.
• No discomfort from wires.
Each retainer in the series of aligners contains slight adjustments to the position of the teeth which causes them to gradually move as the aligners are worn and the straightening process continues.
Unlike some other orthodontic treatments, Invisalign retainers can be removed during the day for eating and cleaning, which makes them convenient and easy to use. To achieve the desired results, however, it is important that they are worn consistently for at least 22 hours each day.
Overall, the full Invisalign process can take anything from 8 months to 2 years. Retention is also important following treatment. Towards the end of this process, your dentist will also supply a complimentary, state-of-the-art teeth whitening system to put the finishing touches to your newly straightened smile.
Your dentist will provide more precise time and cost estimations during your initial free consultation.
