MEET CLAIR

Clair joined the practice in September 1991 and after 8 years of nursing she attended college and successfully passed her Dental Nursing Exam in 1999. Clair has nursed for Dr Tommy Parker since she started and has the necessary skills to be on reception too.

MEET GILL

GDC No – 138496
Probably the most experienced of staff. She has been employed at The Smile Centre since the late 1970’s and took a brief break from service to raise two children. Gill works on a part time basis and is currently nursing for Mr Thomas Parker.

After 2 years dental reception experience Fran joined the practice in 2004 as a trainee dental nurse working full time for Mr William Anderson. She attended college then passed the national certificate and is now a qualified dental nurse

MEET KATIE

Katie joined The Smile Centre Team and her mum Sue, who is our head receptionist, in March 2009. She began her training with Mr. Cormac Farrell and qualified as Dental Nurse in 2010. After working as Dr. Declan Keane’s nurse for a couple of years she gained the experience needed to become a competent nurse. Katie now nurses for The Smile Centre’s newest addition to the team, Jessica Lucey. In between her course work and training Katie managed to organize a beautiful wedding and is now know as Mrs. Katie styles, her portrait can be seen in our waiting room as fine example of tooth whitening treatment.

MEET DANIELLE

Danielle previously worked in retail but wanted a career change so she trained at a previous practice and enrolled on a dental nurse course. Danielle joined The Smile Centre in February 2014 as Stephen Keane’s trainee nurse. She is now qualified and is a valuable member of The Smile Centre team.

Kelsey first worked as a Dental Nurse when she left school but left nursing to raise her family. She returned to nursing 5 years ago and qualified in 2012. Kelsey joined The Smile Centre in January 2015 and is nursing for Dr Laura May

MEET BETH

Beth qualified from college as a dental nurse in 2014 and joined The Smile Centre in August 2017 on a full time basis. She is soon to be attending an Implant nursing course this year which she has a keen interest in. Beth has settled in well with the team and enjoys working here.

MEET ROBERT

meet RobertRobert joined The Smile Centre in August 2017 as a trainee dental nurse, after a year of regular work experience in the practice during his A-levels.

Amy

Amy joined The Smile Centre in 2011 as a career change. She was trained and qualified whilst working predominately with Dr Cormac Farrell, when Dr Farrell immigrated abroad, Amy changed to work with Principal Dr Declan Keane which provided new challenges and treatments involving more private and cosmetic dentistry.
In 2015 Amy fulfilled a dream of travelling with her partner and whilst away experienced nursing in Australia and gained insights into other procedures and practices. Amy was complimented on her training she recieved in the UK and in late 2017 when Amy returned home she felt it would be right to come back when a role coincidently opened back up for her.
Amy is happy and proud to be back part of The Smile Centre team and is passionate about ensuring patients recieve the best care possible and cares about how the business develops and strives to achieve this.
