Our Dentists are kind, gentle and dedicated to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for life.

Our Principal Dentists, Dr. Declan Keane and Dr. Stephen Keane, purchased the practice from their Father, Dr. Denis Keane in 2003.

Two of our Associate Dentists, Dr. Bill Anderson and Dr. Tommy Parker, joined our team in 1981 and have now looked after many of the local population for nearly thirty years.

Meet Dr Declan Keane
Declan is the elder of the two brothers. He has been working in Rayleigh since 1997 building up an excellent reputation in the area.

He invests heavily in his education and travels the UK and Europe to listen to famous dental experts lecturing about advanced aesthetic and general dentistry. Because of this investments he keeps his knowledge current to the benefit of his patients. Declan is well known for his gentle pain free dentistry, his patients comment on how well they are looked after.

His main interest in dentistry, therefore, is in the field of Aesthetic Veneers (The Smile Makeover) and Cosmetic Occlusal Rehabilitation, as well as all aspects of family dentistry.

Meet Dr Stephen Keane
Stephen has been at The Smile Centre since 2003, and is one of the partners with his brother Declan. He qualified from Bristol University in 1998. He has completed many prestigious dental courses with his brother Declan over the last 5 years both in the UK and abroad. This enables Stephen to provide complex dentistry to the highest standards with a calm and professional manner. He continues to attend all the leading post graduate education programmes. Stephen's special interests are Occlusion and Aesthetic Dentistry. Stephen is now a full member of the BACD (British Acadamy of Cosmetic dentistry).

Meet Dr Thomas Parker
Tommy has been an associate for nearly 23 years. An excellent dentist whose chair side manner is second to none.

Meet Dr William Anderson
Bill has been the longest standing associate in history 25 years+. Meticulous in detail and reliable, his patients come from far and wide due to his popularity.

Meet Dr Cormac Farrell
Cormac is a sociable and friendly character and likes to keep active playing sports. Qualifying from Bristol University he is committed to continuing education and is especially interested in orthodontic and cosmetic dentistry. Cormac always focuses on providing comfortable, high quality dental treatments in a relaxed environment. He fully informs patients and involves them in decisions about their treatments, improving patient oral health and self-confidence.
